We take great measures to hire employee's with integrity . We would not trust someone in your home that we would not trust in our own home.Employee's are screened and trained in cleaning procedures before they enter your home. Unfortunately turn-over is high in our industry,there fore we go to great lengths to let our employees know they are valued and appreciated . We provide a friendly and flexible environment for them to work in.We also provide a,"pay for performance" plan for the ones who are exceptional. This helps to retain the best in our business.We are only as good as our employees. You will find our employees friendly , courteous and easy to communicate with.
Our Products
We bring all our own products and vacuums.
Although Monkey Shine is not a green company we are concerned with our environment and the products our employees breath in all day. For that reason many of the products we use are green seal approved, all natural or bio-degradable . We strive to find products that clean well , smell good and are not harmful to you our employees or the environment . should you have any special products you would like used please discuss this at the time of your walk-thru or with the team leader. We want to make sure the employees know how to use it for best results.
Pet Friendly
We love all animals and hope they love us to.
We bring treats for our furry friends and will make extra effort to accommodate them while we are cleaning. Please if pets are... aggressive, contain them in another room.
